Ellen Kiel's victory speech

After posting Evon's victory speech earlier to proof the election wasn't rigged I also promised to post Ellen's if Anet chose not to use it. Since she's is in the council for a few weeks now and her WP cost reduction is almost at an end, it's safe to say this isn't going to show up in game.
